INFORMATION
Plein Air artists of all mediums will compete in 10 different paint outs for a total of $3,100.00 in prizes. These competitions will take place from Thursday evening, May 12th through Sunday morning, May 15th. On Saturday, May 14th, the grounds of the Kane Family Farm in Tonganoxie will be filled with fine art booths displaying and selling their artwork. Originals and prints will be available to fit within any collector's budget. Art mediums will include paintings, pottery, jewelry, woodworking, and more. Street Performers will entertain all day and live music will fill the air in the evening . Also, get your taste buds satisfied by the food trucks and local restaurants participating in the Festival.
We are still taking applications for plein air artists who want to compete in the competitions. The fee to compete in all ten competitions is only $40.00 total. Artists will also be able to sell the works they create during the competition in our art gallery. TAC will retain a 20% commission on the Plein Air art sales sold in the gallery. All artists and art mediums are welcome from beginners to professionals.

The Tonganoxie Arts Council is now taking registration for vendors. Please complete the form below and submit your $40.00 booth fee. This is a juried event. Should you not be chosen your $40.00 fee will be returned to you.
